Highland bull bottle fed calves for sale:

This is Copper and Todd! These handsome little bull calves are being bottle fed as we had to take them off of their mothers as they weren't able to get them what they needed. This is your chance to own a highland and raise them however you see fit. Young impressionable little ones you can halter train, show, or whatever fits your needs.

Copper is the smaller of the two and was born on March 9, 2024. His sire is a dual registered red bull, EOS Samuel AHCA number 60,679, HHCA number H-001313. Samuel has excellent build and pedigree and had provided us with a lot of wonderful calves the last couple of years. His dam is Lady Becky of Glennoe a duel registered red cow AHCA number 50,968, HHCA number H-001314. Lady Becky has produced three great calves since we have owned her and we are hoping to get a few more if she is willing. Lady Becky is getting older and we have had to bottle feed her last calf as well, she just doesn't produce the milk like she used to.

We will get health papers, tattoo and register Copper with AHCA and HHCA at the time of his purchase and his name can be changed at that time if the owner wishes.

Todd was born on March 14, 2024. His sire is also EOS Samuel. His dam is SF Alaine HHCA number A-000284. Alaine is a yellow cow with great temperament and confirmation. This is her first calf. Unfortunately at the time of Todds birth another cow calved at the same time. The older cow ate both afterbirth and for some reason "adopted" Todd away from Alaine, and after that he would not go back to her. So we pulled him off and started bottle feeding.

We will get health papers, tattoo and register Todd with HHCA at the time of his purchase and his name can be changed at that time if the owner wishes. Todd will be registered with the herd book of HHCA and will get an "H" number as his Sire is an "H" and his dam is an "A".

Please contact for more information.

Please leave a message if you call, on the farm reception is spotty until I get to the house.

For Sale:

All I have left to sell is William, he has been my fold sire now for many years.

He is unregistered, a very gentle sire, he has produced some very nice calves over the years, and I never had a problem selling the calves as I have had repeat Highland breeders from CA come for them.

Now the two cows and two calves just left for CA.

William is the last of my fold and needs a new home.

I hate to sell out but my husband ALS needs constant care so I am not able to give the Highlands the attention I have done as I enjoy working with them, feeding them daily and grooming them also.

So, if anyone is in need of a gentle bull, I am located in Bolivar, MO

Cracker Jack is a young 3 year old bull that was purchased at the age of 7 months.
Since he was brought home, he has brought nothing but joy. We have taken care of him by brushing him and giving him treats.

Cracker Jack is known for his calm demeanor and his love for his offspring.

He has not been separated from the herd when his babies were born because he enjoys being involved in raising them and is a great father.

In addition to his wonderful personality, Cracker also has proven very unique and desirable color genetics, producing a white heifer and a silver bull.
All documented by UC Davis genetics testing.

All of his offspring have been strong and healthy.
However, we have reached a point where Cracker has bred with all of our female cows for a second time and we are now looking for a good and caring home for him.
Because of our love for Cracker, we want to ensure that he is well taken care of in his new home.
We are only selling the bull Cracker Jack, but the other pics are of his offspring showing the different colors he produces.

Magnificent Highland Bull For Sale:

AHCA registered Canadian Bull
Sweetbrier Epic Lad
Reg# 58042
Date of Birth – 6-30-17

About Epic Lad: Epic Lad was born in Canada. - Both parents, Epic's Sire & Dam's line are direct into Scotland. His breeding & genetics are superb. Reading a printout of his lineage is like reading a who's who of some of the best Highland ranches, farms & breeders of the British Commonwealth. His line is historic. It contains a listing of Championships, Grand Championship & Overall Supreme Championship from the Royal Agricultural shows in Ontario, to the Royal in Toronto. - Champion & Championships from Canada to New York to the National Western to recognized breeding over three continents Europe, North America & Australia ... Epics lineage & fore-bearers have been recognized as containing among the best of the best of Canada, Great Britain & Scotland; Names that include great breedings from Douneside, Benmore, Sunset, Windrush, Glencoich, Scone Palace and Ormsary of Scotland & the renowned Glen Osprey Farm of Canada. In the US, Epic Lad has certainly proven himself to be worthy of his great line. For us … Epic has been beyond outstanding. - He's been a tested & proven primary breeding bull and a well tested & proven top of the line AI Bull. – Epic has simply been a super bull. - An ultimate Heritage Highland Bull in looks, personality, breeding and the amazing quality of his calves. Overall Epic has been such a successful breeder that too often we have to keep him sequestered from his number of offspring and certain dams on our ranch scheduled to be AI'D by others which keeps him deprived of his family, his fold, his potential & breeding. As much as it breaks my heart, for Epic's sake & for the benefit of the Highland breed, Epic should have a new fold. Epic is young, strong, athletic & virile. He just turned 6, has lots of fans & a great following. He is extremely gentle and kind with us, the fold and with our visitors & guests. People have driven hundreds of miles and flown from across the country & Canada to come visit, see & interact with Epic and his offspring.

Lastly, I bring up the following because most that are newer to Highland breeding & the industry generally do not realize that in addition to genetics and proper nutrition how important low stress is to the success of one's foundational breeding fold. Epic is extremely gentle and kind with us, our fold and with our visitors & guests. As mentioned, Epic has lots of fans and a great following. People have driven hundreds of miles plus and have literally flown more than a thousand miles from across the country & Canada to come visit, see & interact with Epic and his offspring. The reason that's important is because Epic has met & interacted with literally thousands of people of all ages. Children and adults from less than a year old to 97 years old have combed, brushed, fed, leaned on him & laid on him. He's been super gentle & very considerate toward his fold as well as toward all that have come to see him. – Also important to us & any high end genetic considering breeder … In conformation to the Heritage Highland standards, Epic has flowing hair, a superb dossan and he's proportionate from front to back. He's muscular and his top line is straight & superb as it should be for a top of the line Highland. There's no U spined swayback in this Highland Bull. Epic is a descendant of Champions. He's Heritage. He carries himself across fields & pastures with grace, elegance, pride and all the youthful athletic majesty that makes him so wonderful & at times even amazing to see. As a result Epic was just chosen to breed another dozen plus by either AI or live cover. We and breed conscious breeder customers could have chosen from any number of Champions and Grand Championship lines from our inventory of dozens of championship lines to up-class their breeding. However, It was Epic that was chosen. Not just for his renown and being one of the best known foreign born examples of a Heritage Highland Champion line Bull living in the US today, but because most of the heifers are to become the foundation or foundational for a new herd. As top line breeders know well, top of the line genetics, low stress and an excellent temperament are foundational to and can be absolutely critical to the successful building of a solidly based, healthy Highland herd. - Epic's classic looks, low stress temperament and the amazing quality of his offspring is why so many have driven or flown more than a thousand miles to see him & his fold. Why professional photographers travel and pay to photograph him and his offspring. Regarding additional data, Epic is sufficiently known with plenty of photos, comments, videos and information that has been written about him that only requests with offers that include information regarding the facilities that are being offered for him will be considered. This majestic specimen of the Highland breed deserves to be appreciated, respected, cared for and treasured as he has been by us and so many of his fans & followers. - Interested?

AHCA registered heifers in AR

Looking for the right forever home for our two youngest girls. Due to life going a little crazy on several fronts, time has flown by and these lovely coos have grown older than we normally keep them before finding new families for them…which means they are that much closer to being ready to be good mamas in your fold. Raised on grass, hay, and fresh well water, with high quality block and loose mineral free fed. Both come running when they hear the treat bucket being shaken.

Both girls are AHCA registered. Born to full blood sisters less than 48 hours apart, these two lasses are the best of friends, and I will give preference to the right loving home that will keep them together.

Abigail's Brave Chione
DOB: 03/18/2023
AHCA reg #66,446
Sire: Ferdinand of North Bluff Ranch (AHCA reg #59,284)
Dam: Simon's Abigail (AHCA reg #58,739)

Named after the daughter of Boreas, Greek god of the north wind, this little dark red sweet one was born during a sub zero north gale. She fought through days of harsh temperatures and brutal winds. She is fiercely strong, has the sweetest nature, and eyes that melt your heart.

Abella's Hidden Talleigh
DOB: 03/20/2023
AHCA reg #66,447
Sire: Ferdinand of North Bluff Ranch (AHCA reg #59,284)
Dam: Simon's Abella (AHCA reg #60,063)

After a long, bitterly cold day at work, I found this long haired, long lashed girl, hidden by her amazing mama, in a branch pile beside our fence. Beautiful and calm, with a sweet, gentle spirit, she manages to make you smile no matter how your day has gone.

Chione in front, Talleigh in back.

Sire Ferdinand in back, Chione closest, with Talleigh in between.

Talleigh (L) and Chione (R)

Chione (L) and Talleigh (R)

Sire is a goofy and gentle big fella that has consistently and dependably thrown beautiful calves for us. The dams are full blood sisters, and both excellent mamas who have proven to be easy calvers who carry well, and fill out healthy, ready-to-go calves.

Highland fold for sale.

Due to no fault of their own, we have to rehome our herd! They have given us great joy these last 2 years. They are mid-sized highland cattle. All the females are HHCA registered except for Gracie. The males are AHCA registry. We have 5 calves – 3 female and 2 males – all birthed on our farm. The girls birthed their babies on their own. Woke up in the morning and we had a sweet surprise. They are great moms, always licking their babies and always by their side. The previous owner also had babies by all five cows. All the animals love to eat treats from your hand – they are definite treat hogs – they come running when they see you, hoping they get some treats. All the females have been exposed to Griff, our bull, since July.
